Our Story

SReading was born in the classroom. In 2016,TongLe Chinese Schoolfounder Bitao realized that traditional materials could no longer serve a new generation of heritage learners. She left her role as a financial analyst at Microsoft to build a better way to teach Chinese. By 2022,Next Generation Chinese philosophyhad become mature, and theNext Generation Chinese philosophyhad scaled significantly. Yet one key piece was still missing:curriculuma practical and integrated digital tool. Dingcheng then left GE, assembled a team, and co-founded SReading to build it.

Today, SReading has evolved from a single reading assistant into a comprehensive platform spanninglearning, teaching, and school management. Built specifically for overseas Chinese education, we empower educators and learners with technology to make Chinese studymore engaging and more effective.
